[0966] Command Post on Al Basrah Alt has no entry point

Description:
Can not enter the command post on the alt layer of Basrah.

Steps to Reproduce:
Load up basrah alternative layer, and with your enter vehicle key pressed, run around, run inside and climb on top of the command post. You will not be able to enter.
Could not be reproduced on Basrah standard layer, CP was enterable on that.

Al Basrah INS-32, TacticalGamer.com 0.966b
Al Basrah INS-32, Local server

wait a minute...its the same on the same position as 64, but I've seen people using the UAV

Yea i'm pretty sure i've seen people use UAV on the alt layer before the hotfix.
I first noticed this yesteday on TG when our CO, Jafar, could not get into the command post. I tried it too on that round, no suces. Today i tried it on local server alt layer, could not find an entry point.

double check the 16 and 64 layer, because when i created the alt layer i copied the GPO from 64 and the tweaked it. I didn't touch the ACV

Well this is weird, i could not reproduce it anymore. It definitely happened on TG yesterday though, and today on local while i was checking it out.
But now i tried all layers on local and CP works on every one. I even tried the same map sequence i did earlier when it didn't work but i just couldn't break the damn thing.

in any case, the ACV has been moved in the next version to ensure there are no issues

Mappers need to ensure there is plenty of clearance around teh ACV to ensure it functions correctly due to the nature of how it works with UAVs, otherwise you get issues like on Burning Sands
