So this solution is the only thing that works.
on video settings put texture on medium.
for me it cures the 100% problem and disappearing object problem.
hope it will help you too.

for anyone with memory crashes this is already a recommended solution

however a separate solution which will fix issues for ATI users will be distributed with the next client update

Could we have information for the fix for ATI user ? This will be .dll for the game, different pack of texture object ?
