Now insurgents are much harder.....New tactical???

Last night in RC server,Insurgents suffered a hard time in karbala,I was the SL of one INF sq in insurgent side,Guys were pretty in my sq,We killed maybe 40,and hold one cache for more than 30 mins.But there are special-ops of US Army destoried 5 of our unknown cache during our defence,and none of those cache have any man ever respawned!!So one thing come to my mind,How can we protect those unknown cache?????We don't respawn,we don't use special weapon,many time you find those caches are unprotectable!!
I checked my bf2cc and found out those chat(It was in chinese):Sq2 check out B7!Sq1 A12,possible cache.then i switch myself to USA,I found only 1 or 2 sq with armour was engaging us,and rest of their inf were searching our unknown cache!!
This might be a new tactical???That will be hard for those insurgents......(I'm going to try it next time)

You better do not try that. As vista said, that's ghosting and against the rules of just about every server. It should be obvious that this is cheating.

Maybe i should add this to our server's rule,thanks for your advise.
but how can those regular win???and how can we judge this????Sometimes cache is destoried all because of noobs,Is there any clear rule in every major server of PR in EU or somewhere else????Much thanks!

Jolly, add these rules to your server!:
-No ghosting, Same IP same Team.
-No spawning on Unknowns.
Of course you will have to translate to chinese, hope I helped

So you know, theres a difference between ghosting *someone on insurgent team giving intell to BLUFOR* and searching for potential unknowns. Several of our members have a habit of doing that and after playing so many games of insurgency it doesnt become hard to guess. Personally I dont do it, I would be in favor of only having one cache up at a time on the map.

Alright fellas,Maybe i know what is ghosting now,that's cheatting!!2 guys in different side and ins side give informations about cache.......Our server had forbidden this already.(Sorry about My poor English,not understand ghosting)
But what i really mean is :those caches will appear in some stable positions,BLUFOR will check out those potential cache whatever there is insurgents or not,and yes,that would lose a lot of fun!!

It has always been like this on Karbala. There are numerous locations in the desert around the city you can scout which IMO is a very valid tactic when you're waiting for a known to spawn. We always drive around there looking for unknowns to take down.

It might have been ghosting, but as other people have said it is very easy to figure out unknown cache locations on karbala using only 2 pieces of information; 1. Where have the previous caches spawned? and 2. Where have enemies been spotted?
And even if you don't have any of those pieces of information, you just search all the outlying compounds and probably find a cache.

If I understood you correctly, you're not talking about ghosting, but the fact that sometimes unknown caches get blown up even when there is no friendly insurgent around who could potentially give away the general location of the unknown cache.
It happens also without ghosting. Why? Mostly, it's luck. Second, experience; after years of playing the same map, people tend to remember cache locations or/and they know the mathematics behind certain cache spawn locations. Third, bad cache locations that can be easily seen from long distance or unknown caches that are in way of the typicall routes that BLUFOR soldiers take to get to the known cache, e.g., "Squad, as we keep heading south to the known cache, let's search every one of these little houses that are around our path!"

I blame auto-teambalance... when a guy from Insurgency gets switched to blufor, they usually tell the location of the unknown cache to blufor team.
Also server admins....stop force teamswitching!!!

One thing to the DEVs , Remove the overpowered wepond and asset on insurgency ... we dont need a tank , 2 apc , 2 attack chopper , etc
.... its ruin the teamwork .. everyone make a fully solo locked squad just for camping on a hill and making kills with the "magic asset "
Or otherwise we should rename Project reality to Project unbalanced

Ah, okay, that's no ghosting then, my bad for misunderstanding this.
The problem is the limited number of possible cache spawns. I think a system of player placed caches might actually be better in the long run if it's possible to avoid glitches and abuse.

Ghosting is when you have someone on the other team feeding you intel. If you're referring to that, then stop blaming cheaters. half the time the people you call ghosting are just getting lucky when patrolling areas.
^this is why i dont believe in "ZOMG NOOB SPAWNED ON UNKNOWN!" it's stupid not to do it. if everybody just stopped hanging immediately around the building the cache is in it wouldn't be a problem at all. infact it's advantageous as a second front of battle splitting the blufor resources, and you ahve advantageous ground as the defender anyways. by all means spawn on the known, just set up your defensive line properly.
@Jolly: i advise you to remove the no spawning on unknown rule. it hurts the team more often than a guy spawning there does.

As meany others have said it could have just been people searching for the unkowns. On tg last night on an insurgent round of ironridge we had a cache in the city spawn as our third known. This cache was to well defended so we decided to go searching for unknowns and managed to win the game this way only loosing 30 tickets from our original amount.

says right in the op, he saw them saying possible cache, so either they were guessing potential cache spawns or had activity suspect of a cache.

Listen to this guys. This is what he means.
There was no ghosting just an appearantly new BlueForce tactic of searching high probability locations for caches (maybe with some recon help).
Jolly this tactic isn't new and has been done since I've played PR (for nearly 2 years?). I actively do it and actively protect against it. Its just the way the game mode works now.
I feel its a huge failing of PR's Insurgency mode but.... not time for that.
