My buddy already turned off dynamic shadows and delete his bf2 caches.

ATI HD 4870 x 2 mobility ones ( laptop) Already downloaded the latest drivers.

Running everything high at 1920 x "something" resolution.

Turn on Catalyst AI

Try the Catalyst AI thing, but I had this issue with newer ATI drivers, so I downgraded to a previous version where everything was fine.
