Made me laugh.
I got my
third melee kill only a few days ago, playing as a sniper after my spotter was killed in very intense CQC, which developed after we ran into an insurgent hideout by accident.
After my spotter was killed, I sprinted from cover to cover to get some distance between me and the suspected hideout, shot four insurgents in the back in the process, finally found a nice vantage point on the tip of a small hill featuring a big bush. One insurgent saw me just before I reached my cover, I managed to shoot him but, failed to take out two more that came rushing at me.
I was pratically dead when they stormed into my bush, searched all around, even stepped on me - but didn't see me lying on the ground
They were very confused, because there were cliffs behind the bush and I would not have survived a fall, so I still had to be around! I had to wait a minute until my heartbeat lowered itself to a healthy level again...
After that minute I waited for a promising moment, knifed one of the guys in the legs, wasted my remaining 6 bullets from the pistol on the other guy, picked up the insurgent kit and emptied its AK47 into him and ran for my life...
Funniest and most exiting situation in PR for me ever, especially with the stupid attempt to knife one the guys AND being successful with it
