[Help] Getting rid of kill counter and ban message

Is there a way to disable the kill counter and ban message which appeals when someone is getting banned. I need a server side change for this, so please help me if you can.

Banmessage should be doable with some changes to AD Framework.
Can look into that this evening.
Killcounter...dont think its possible serverside.
