Run the .exe as administrator
Turn off UAC

When asking for help,
please remember to post your:
Operating System,
systems specs.



"Access Denied" could be caused by pending file operations. For example if the file is not yet done downloading or it just finished but your Anti-Virus software is still checking it. Retrying a few minutes later might already work.

It is also possible that either programs (Downloader, AV) did not close the handle to the file. A reboot might help.
