I am new here, and im interested if there is a AC 130 in project reality 0.96 version, if yes, on wich map is it?

EDIT: And how can i pick a pilot or a crewman kit?

AC 130's aern't in PR because the maps are to small.

Pick a crewman kit by a crate or by the vehicle itself...

dude......the amount of posts on this forum are obscene. the search engine hasnt worked properly for me in months.

on topic: the AC-130 isnt in because of verticle fog of war, the size of the holding pattern would be bigger than the biggest PR maps, and airstrip space.

that and, can you imagine how often it would get shot down? it cant go above a certain altitude, it cant out manouver a fighter, and it has to be at a certain altitude for the gunner to see the terrain.

just wouldnt work with the current setup. personally id love to see it as an area attack, that you could jump into as soon as the commander calls it. that would be sweet.

Another thing The AC130 IS Used by spec ops and PR IS All about conventianol Armies

AC-130s do not feature in PR due to the size of the maps. Their inclusion has also been suggested many times, therefore this thread is now closed.
