Problem Updating Server List

Solved
Well I just installed Windows 7 64-bit Professional yesterday, coming from XP. Now when I update server list it doesn't find all the servers and I have to continually click update list to find more and more servers each time. This wouldn't be too big of a problem except I have to do this everytime I start Project Reality.
I added and allowed the program to the Windows Firewall and also tried XP compatibility mode. Nothing. Any solutions?
Update: After installing and playing other games (world in conflict and CoD4), they all seem to suffer from the same symptoms. Any ideas?
Update #2: I self solved the problem. I figured it might be either my modem or the driver for my NIC on my motherboard. Updated the driver to the latest one from the manufacturer's website, now everything works fine.
