How do I get the 'server moderator' title for my server?

I was just wondering how would i acquire the "server moderator" title. I am a server moderator for the ]CIA[ Kokan&Hookers .96b

Your server licence owner can request this access afaik

No you're not. The only moderator on your server's license is 'Keji#'.
Get your license admin (SyntheticCoyote) to add you, then you can sit back and marvel at your new moniker.

I took the liberty of changing the thread title to something a bit more descriptive, the mystery of an ambiguous thread title doesn't help anymone find the information they want.
As Epoch says, this is something your server licence holder does.
