Burning Sands Flag Config

Hi guys,
We had a scrim tonight that employed a flag config I feel is very pro-UK forces. UK had very easy flags to cap because while they could Chinook to them all very quickly, MEC had a first flag of Crashsite and because MEC have to wait ten minutes for their transport helos, we couldn't actually get to it because the UK forces had deployed tanks there.
While a battle ensured at crashsite, UK forces were able to cap all the other flags.
I feel that either:
MEC get the MI17s immediately like UK get a Chinook immediately or,
Crashsite should never be a first cap for MEC
Personally I believe the later is preferable because a tank can easily be deployed by UK forces to gain overwatch on the Crashsite first, whereas MEC could never get overwatch on Oilfields with effective AA or the like to take the Chinook out.
