x64 Crashing on 62%

Hey guys,
I just downloaded PR v0.96 today, and I ran into a couple of problems. The first was with regards to the launcher giving me an error, whilist the game still launched roughly two minutes later. Upon restart, the launcher began functioning normally. However, when loading a map, regardless of name, type (coop, pvp, etc), local host vs. dedicated join, I seem to CTD at 62%.
It should be noted, my computer completely froze up at 62% the first time I hopped on a map and required a hard boot.
I am on Windows 7 Home Premium (x64). I'm running 6GB of DDR2 RAM... not sure the speed. Probably 800Mhz. Intel Core 2 Duo Q8700 2.53Ghz and an Nvidia GTX260M with 1024MB GDDR3. If applicable, HDD is a 500GB Seagate Momentus @5400RPM.
Any assistance regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

hmm.. it seems you have more than enough ram for this issue but it does happen. Run the game as an Administrator and turn your textures down to medium. @ 62% the game begins to load textures and this is where you are crashing. Just in case delete your shader cache. IF you do not know how to delete this i will tell you.

Go to my documents, click Battlefield 2 then mods followed by bf2. You will see a folder named cache. Delete anything in it. Then run regular bf2 and load a map. Then exit bf2 and try PR again. This should fix the problem.
