Hi everyone,i'm new here and if i had made this topic in a wrong section sorry for that.
Yesterday i installed BF2 and then updated to 1.50,after that i installed Project Reality 0.966 full. Everything went fine, but when i was clicking on servers to join it,it was saying "Wrong CD Key" after that i reinstalled Punk Buster, but now i have more difficult problem when i hit enter to join the server,it just crashes,it even does not give a crash report or error box,it just simply makes exit

Same with BF2

i do not understand why it happens,PunkBuster B & A are running in task manager,i could not find a solution
Can someone help me?

i'm trying 2 days to play this addon

Did you actually buy the game?
Did you update like this?
Install BF2 -> BF2 1.41 -> BF2 1.5 -> PR #1 -> #2 -> #3

When it comes to your problem, I haven't actually heard of a cd-key error before. Try reinstalling if you can't fix it from your game files. There should be some cd-key .exe thingy.
EDIT:
Actually, wow! I remember this happening to me a long time ago, googling the fix.
EDIT v2:
Here it is
1. Open regedit ( start > run > regedit)
2. Go to HKLM\Software\Electronic Arts\EA Games\Battlefield 2\ergc
3. Delete everything "AFTER" the "x9392" and input your "CD Key" for BF2. (x9232
CDKEYHERE)....
......Do not put in the dashes.

His problem now is that he crashes upon joining and not the CD-key thing.
Zaicev, I'd suggst to post your computers specifications here, there might be something with your computer (Graphic card too weak or something like that).

I'm guessing patched incorrectly. Try creating a local game and see if that still crashes... (BF2 local game I mean)

Don't update punkbuster manually. You get much more problems.

I've had to update punkbuster manually on many occasions, because it refused to do so itself and would kick me over and over because I had an outdated version. I don't know where you get your info from, but just running the installer from their website won't hurt anyone.
As for the crashing problem; post your computers specs. That's something we need to know before looking beyond the obvious "your PC just can't handle it"
