What I mean is where is there HQ located?. US, Canada, Sweden(DICE), where?.

Which is usually in the UK. The founder was English afaik, with the british faction once having been the only custom faction of PR (long ago). But nowadays, the devs are really from everywhere. Due to their size, I assume most Devs now are from the US. Might be, though, that there's still more from the UK. Those two are leading, anyway. Followed by Canada and the rest of Europe, but a few are from other continents as well. Really, all over ^^

The Active team list is kind of outdated, alot of new members, promoted members and so forth.

This gives you an active look at where most people are from.

This project is huge. Having founded it IS something to be proud of, real life or not.
