Blue screen every 2nd map change

Ive recently reinstalled due to new harddrive (got me a ssd back then).
I started to BSOD on every 2nd mapchange with the message page_fault_in_non_paged_aera

since i got those BSODs i changed pretty much every part of my against a new one. differend mainboard, CPU, GFX-Card, RAM, only thing thats still same is my power-supply.
No fix.
I then dumped the SSD since it got other problems aswell and got myself two conventional harddrives which are now in a RAID 0 (Velociraptors ftw) and im still getting the same bluescreen.
Ive reinstalled the OS pretty much like 20 times in the last 4 weeks (I can enter the keys of my windows copy and BF2 by heart now ... ) and its still there. 1st and 2nd load of the map go perfectly fine, 3rd load of the map -> BSOD.
Im starting everything as administrator, ive tried WinXP compatibily mode, running windowed mode is kinda useless for BSODs
Google results for the errormessage tell me theres a hotfix for that, however when I download it, its says that it doesnt suit my OS and it wont install - great.

I can run every other game for hours, PR is the only thing causing me trouble.
Someone please halp. Im considering myself beeing pretty good @ PCs (working as IT-Specialist etc) but I simply cant figure out WTH is wrong.
