For my first problem, on almost every map, I have weird shade spots that flickr on and off throughout the pr screen.

For my mumble problem, I start up mumble and go to the pr server before I launch pr, but whenever I join a game then join the lobby in mumble, no one can hear me when I transmit with my mumble key (currently set to v). Also, sound position doesn't work, and I can hear anyone on my team talking, even if they are on the other side of the map.

Okay as for your graphical glitches.
IF you are using an ATI card make sure you have the 11.3 drivers as those are the ones that work the best the majority of the time. Secondly, make sure that in your CCC menu that Catalyst AI is enabled.
As for your Mumble issues. You have not set up your sound correctly. Go to settings and adjust your microphone settings. i can't remember exact instructions atm as it is very late but i will be back with an update.

I don't know anything about CCI, but I was able to fix the maps by setting terrain on the lowest detail.

To fix the error of hearing everyone on mumble, (not sure if this applies to Vista) run the program as an administrator. This works for Win 7 but I dont remember if the admin option is available in Vista.
