personally i think it would be cool to add a EOD kit so you have the big green suit, and have like a tool so you can disarm IED or something. but they can only have a pistol to make it fair. ...and add a thing to where you can get the EOD kits from the crates and EOD armoured humvee's (which is the tan humvee but the gunner has a shield that goes around him like in the modern humvee's in afganistan today. just something to think about

The combat engineer kit is pretty much this. What you could suggest is making that kit more useful at defusing IEDs and such (at the moment, they can only defuse grenade traps afaik?), but sadly, the suggestion forum is locked, so you cannot suggest anything
Welcome to the forum, anyway

Eng can also defuse trip flares and anti-tank mines

combat engie cant f*cking disarm IEDs! only mines.
if the wrench would be able to disarm IEDs and arty IEDs too, then the kit would be much more usefull and would totally fulfill its role

Yes, EOD have been suggested in many different forms, specially able to disarm mines but not having C4s to prevent C4-bikes.
With the new kit-side-lock system, you might as well just use the Combat Engineer.

i'm guessing this was simply over looked byt he devs. bring it up i'm sure they'll change it so Engi can difuse IEDs as well.
as for grenade traps and trip flares, i feel those should me removable with a knife by anyone. once found those types of devices are easy to deal with even irl.

Hello,
Even tho you've been registered on these forums since 2009 I guess you've missed the part about having suggestions only be made in the suggestion section
Thus lock, please await the reopening of that section (and reaching the 25 post count) to contribute in such a way in the future.
