I can not hear anyone in VOIP, I do not use a microphone, simple game with only headphones, also have two speakers but I prefer playing with headphones. Without the headphones is also the same thing, I can hear all sounds less voip, I use windows 7 ultimate

Go get yourselves a new headset with a microphone. If you're lucky, you'll be able to hear your squad-mates now.

double check that VOIP is active, and that output volume is up

load up the game and go to the audio options menu

There's possibly a box titled 'Enable VOIP' make sure this is ticked, and then make sure that output volume is max for VOIP

something else that might help is to reduce the effects volume to around 40%, you'll still be able to hear gunfire and vehicles fine, but it'll allow you to hear people who might have quiet mics clearer.
