There isn't a page. Ranks are based solely on post count and nothing else, if you have Firefox just right click the rank and press 'view image', there is no directory where you can view them.

If you want to know, the PR forums go by the British Army ranks, here they are in order. (I think I got some names and post counts wrong so forgive me if you are in the BA or a website MOD)

1. Private no insignia -0 posts
2. Lance Corporal -50 posts
3. Corporal -100 posts
4. Sergeant - 200 posts
5. Staff Sergeant -400 posts
6. Company Segeant Major- 500 posts
6. Regimental Sergeant Major -700 posts
8. Lieutenant -1,000 posts
9. Captain -1,500 posts
10. Major -2,000 posts
11. Colonel -3,000 posts
12. Brigadier General -5,000 posts
13. Major General -7,000 posts
14. Lieutenant General -8,000 posts
15. General -9,000 posts
16. Field Marshal -11,000 posts

Yeah I know I got some wrong, and I think the other Field Marshals are UK_Force, Gaz, and one of the R-DEVS (The one from Slovenia)

EDIT: Ok the one I was thinking about is R-DEV Outlawz, he's a Field Marshal

Now, the higher the rank, the higher the knowledge. So, if 2 people post contradicting information or view points, the one with the higher post count is, automatically, correct, and the one with the lower post count, incorrect.
