Increasing RHIB mass.

Situation
Currently, the RHIB (Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat) is one of the fastest vehicles in the game whilst moving, however it can often flip in different directions when hitting something in the water such as a floating static or a small embankment. This exact same issue occured with both the Logistics Trucks and BMP-3, with the former having this fixed for v0.96. I have encoutered problems with this primarily on Shijia Valley, where the boats are often used in close-quarter areas with little water such as the Rice Paddies, or the swamps on Barracuda. I have examples of this, notably this boat which landed directly in front of my squad on Barracuda 16. Should the mass of the boat have been higher, it would've come down before being beached, and able to escape the meat grinder.

Problem
Due to the speed of the boat, the front will often flip up in the air causing the driver to have to wait for it to come down again. This wastes valuable time especially if the squad is already under fire or if the squad wants to avoid becoming beached. It also tends to be an unrealistic physics issue in comparison to numerous RHIB demo videos.
Solution
A simple modification of the RHIB's mass in the same sense of the Logistics truck, so whilst still having a high speed, the boat can contact the surface of the water faster, as opposed to the rear hitting with the tip of the boat pointing up in the air.
