Played PR for 2 years,always stay in chinese server,now i want try some different taste in different server.
Is there any server which can provide shield for High Ping warrior?????

PS:I love teamwork,and i can be a nice SL. LOL

What is high ping? I'm currently stationed in Korea (not to far from you) and I play on US servers with no problem (average Ping about 225)

I used wanna to TG,Best place i think.But ping of 400 with lag,really drove me mad.Is there any server with highly teamwork,and without lag on earth.........

Stay away from any other server if you love teamwork.

Try the Australian servers

True, Chinese players do get a good ping to BigD.

Wrong, TG was kinda good but no asset rule was kinda frustrating. And I can't recommend NwA much either, although I haven't played there much but all the rounds were horrible.

Sisu 128 is where you find the most teamwork, it has a good regular playerbase, mumble enforced and the admins are great.

By the way, Australian server might be a nice choice too!

The problem with Sisu is the fact that it supports 126 players. I personally find all but the 4km maps too small for that, limiting the choice of maps severely.

The server is located in Finland, but they do not kick for high ping.

I cannot see why they would be too small? 2km maps work great on the server

Just my personal opinion, I like a very slow pace when playing.

^ That has to be the dumbest and most elitist (in the bad sense of the word) thing I've read on these forums. Even though TG for example has definately more teamwork and co-ordination in average than the regular PR server, sometimes there is no teamwork at all even on TG and another server is having a great round; every server has their ups and downs.

I'm not trying to argue which server is best (TG probably is) but what annoys me greatly is that "Stay away from other servers" attitude. If more teamwork oriented players played on all servers and not just the three top servers, maybe the teamwork attitude would spread wider into the community and not just be constrained to a few 'elite' servers. That would benefit the community overall and, dare I say even change the way the game is played. Spread the word man! Also, spread Mumble! [/offtopic]

Jolly, BigD is probably good for you, it's in Australia and you might get better ping there. IIRC it also has a lot of players of Mumble which is a good indicator of teamwork.

Where is the IIRC server???Any information about location??
I tried Australia server,400 ping,but i didnt join in,i do hope no lag,when it's full

IIRC means If I Remember Correctly. Its an acronym, not a server.

The closest and most logical server is BigD, otherwise your stuck with the Chinese and Korean servers.

NwA is possibly the best teamwork server around (behind the mumble-enforced servers, such as Olut). Also, most people do use mumble there.

I disagree. As Nessie said, 2km maps actually work pretty nice for it. 4km map are just as nice.

And splatters, dtacs wasn't just refering to TG.

Meh, cannot agree. I haven't been there much but everytime has been horrible, there wasn't even TW in squads

I find that hard to believe, come on this afternoon/evening, sure you'll have a nice game

i find it hard to believe that anyone can have a good game with a ping >100ms.
on my fav servers my ping is usually around 20-30. everything over 80 begins to lag and the higher the ping the more unplayable it becomes ... im happy about my ping on OLUT server, cause its around 80 and thats just the edge to when it gets unfunny..
