Punkbruster keeps kicking me out saying that I have the wrong program/driver (125082)
Why is this I changed my nvidia driver to WHQL instead of the ExtremeG ones that did not work, I would also like to know where the done or final deploy button is I just press enter/return? after picking load out and spawn point?

Try updating your drivers. Use Windows Update.
You'll have to click "Done" after choosing spawnpoint. Lower-right corner of the screen.

I am not a PC noob lol just a PR/BF2 noob lol, I am editing my profile on here now to include my system specs but trust me nothing on my system is out dated! I don't understand why punk is kicking me out with that code

Alright. I guess you're better with computers than me. But back to the respawn issue. Did you get it?

I am not saying I am better, I did not mean to come across like a *** hole.
I am not so much having a respawn issue as a punkbruster one, I can't even start a match! I try to join I get the load out, then pick your respawn point but there is NO done button in anywhere there so I hit the return button but it still gives me that punkbruster thing

Wait did you reinstall the PB client? If not download this:
-->
Download pbsvc.exe
Reinstall the client and rerun the PBsetup
-->
PunkBuster Online Countermeasures
This usually fixes the majority of the client side issues. Good luck

.
Don't think its related to the steam version as noone had this kind of issue before AFAIK but you might also be just unlucky xD.
Edit: Could you just make a quick list of all programs you got running in the background?
Found this too:
In case you run Steam, please do the following:
* Open Steam
* Go to File-Settings
* Go to the tab in-game
* Uncheck the "Enable Steam Community In-Game" checkbox
* Press OK
* Restart Steam
