Project Reality is not the game for the faint of heart, it has a steep learning curve and it requires you to have a mic and work as a team.
Do not expect a simple join and fight game, remember to bring your patience and willingness to learn.
That being said, the games are well worth the time spent. A mature gaming community where everyone is looking for great games of PR. I cant explain it to you, but here is a video example of the gameplay we usually get.
The one thing that PR is lacking is getting the gameplay across to new players. There is a manual that covers the basic, but no such thing as a strategy guide. If you have a moderate influx of players, who do not even visit the forums, the community can moderate and mold them. IF however the scale tips over and you have too many newbies the veterans are just overwhelmed.
Many people complain on here how the noobs dont want to. While there are associal people the bigger problem is that many people dont know any better, dont know what the mod is about, what longer standing players expect of them and how to get the most out of it.

I've just dicsonnected from a game at PRT: 0:10, which used to be TG's prime time but the server list is just a ghost town!!!
Besides "Hardcore something something with something on top" there are no full servers!!! I leave this mod for 3 months and it's pratically dead?... sad :'(
PR never dies, it merely is in a state of critical wounded. Get that Epipen out Soldier!

Name one BF one mod that is still active. I do think there are still more than 60 serious players who would enjoy a round or 2 of PR. We just have to get organized and schedule gametimes, so we join the sarver more or less at the same time frame. I think people call this an "event".

Myself and friends have not played PRBF2 is a while, I think maybe because so many new titles being released in the last month? .....Once people realise their hard earned cash they just dropped on them new games was ill spent, Or the game is clocked in SP and MP is shit, PRBF2 will pick up again....It always does.
