Maybe the talibans just "don't know" how to reload the G3 properly...

Nope. They use G3s. And I don't see anything wrong with their animations.

MEC and German animation is right one,
Taliban one is wrong,
if they don't know how to use it,
they can not use it than.

Iraqi Insurgents are using FAL.

The way the Taliban reload the G3 does technically work, but is not the way regular forces are trained. It increases the chance of a jam, but the weapon will normally still work.

Taliban are unconventional, without the same kind of formal training of a NATO nation, the taliban animation was the old animation before R-MOD KP helped Chuc make a new version, and was left in for this reason.

Not entirely correct, Rudd. The original version, I believe, was the typical one seen in most video games:
Pull back cocking handle
Switch magazines
HK slap
KP's realistic one is
Pull out magazine
Pull back cocking handle
Insert new magazine
HK slap
(both work, the latter however (and it's the same as used in the German military) seems to have a few advantages such as being able to take a look at the magazine before emptying the chamber - if there's still ammo in the mag, no need to pull back the cocking handle and waste a round)
The Taliban one is new, just like KP's version.
Switch magazines
Pull back cocking handle
Release cocking handle.
Due to the lack of the 'HK slap', the mechanism of the weapon might be slowed down by the user on accident, leading to a failure to feed the next round.

What if you just pull it back without locking and let it go back forward on it's own? Wouldn't it be the same?

That's what the Taliban do. It'd work, in theory, but has a higher risk of user error. If you didn't pull it all the way back in the heat of battle or let it go forward too slowly, because you've held it a moment too long, it'll jam, so hitting it hard is the best way to make sure that won't happen.

I was SERIOUSLY impressed when i noticed this. it is really one of the little details that the DEV's throw in to the game that pull it ahead of the pack for immersion. I mean, what other game would bother with a detail like this?

This is what is practiced by the norwegian army on the AG3 and MP5.
(so, switch mag, pull handle and release)
It only resulted in failures when people were inexperienced, same thing with the HK416, just a little training and no more failures.
It is quite faster so if you are sure you dont slow it down, why not.

Their alternate marksman is MEC alternate marksman as well.
Which brings up the case, does that have the same alternate reload? xD
