I just recently brought Red Orchestra 2 from Amazon "new", but when the game came in i got a "Duplicate CD key" error and i deduced the fact that someone must have already used the code because there was no plastic wrapping on when i had got it.
I have contacted Steam Support about this problem (at Saturday), but it's been 3 days and no reply. (should i wait???)

Can someone give me pointer to what i should do??? (I wouldn't want to go through hassle of returning the game, but will do if last resort.)
And can steam move the game to my account becuase i have the phyical copy and bought it legally, but the seller wasnt truthful (so the process was illgeal from his behalf) ???

I dont really know if amazon are selling this.

In a very britishly manner (even though i wasnt born in the UK), I have sent a email though the amazon services stating my annoyance about the ungentlemanner the vender has mis-sold me this game, even though it is clearly stated, as new and will be taking further action is this dispute is not corrected though amazon "file claim".
