Kit Pickup Blocking

It's been a while, so I feel like I can safely post this without the "play for a while and try it out argument"
I feel like the way the kit pickup blocking system works right now could be better

I feel like I (and the community) would like to see it changed in either 3 ways:

1: Only sniper, AA, engineer, and HAT kits should be blocked, everything else should be available to be picked up. Every other kit besides these four are just as easily operated as the LAT kit (which can still be picked up atm)

2: Only basic rifleman kits can be picked up (and only rifleman, not rifleman specialist, not rifleman lat, not rifleman anything else except the basic rifleman kit)

3: No enemy kits can be picked up. It makes more sense to do this, than allow certain kits to be picked up, while others which can be just as easily or even more easily operated are blocked.

Personally my vote is for the first or second option, but I offered other solutions in case the developers didn't like it. Cause even though I prefer the first, I still think any of these solutions is better then what we have in game right now.

I like that the kit pickup block has kept people from spending entire rounds focusing on getting enemy kits rather than doing their objectives, and I also like that I don't have to worry about my enemy looking like friendly units anymore, but at the same time, I really don't think that what we have right now is realistic at all, nor is it optimal for gameplay.

But do you have any reasons for this? Why for exemple would option 1 be better than what we have now?
