Description:
The transport Gazelle takes way too long to spawn / respawn on Iron Eagle alternate layer (20 minutes). I believe it was treated as being the tank hunter version, therefore having the usual 20 minute CAS spawn time instead of the lower transport spawn time.

Steps to Reproduce:
Load Iron Eagle ALT layer. Join MEC. Wait for Gazelle to spawn.

Tested On:
Iron Eagle
Alternate layer
Tactical Gamer

The only two transport helicopters I see on the standard layer are the UH-60 and Mi-17... and all of them are set for 600 seconds (10 minutes).
