First of all, if this is not the place to open this thread, I apologize, and if u can move this to the right forum that would be great.
My problem is this:
I never used Mumble while playing PR, and I've playing for like 6 months. Always used VOIP or in some cases the Chatbox (I can't use the mic while I am playing from my Base lol
I played in NwA and I was told to join the mumble server, and when I tried it gave me an Error telling me I have Mumble 0.5 installed and I must uninstall it. The annoying thing is that even after I uninstalled the 0.5 VER, the Error remained. Can someone please help me fix it? and please give me a download link for the 1.0...maybe mine is not so good

As for conflict you have I'm not sure why are you getting this. I'm running it on Win7 x64 and I have both versions - no conflict, thus I think that you cant run them both in same time. Make sure 0.5beta is off when you install or start v1.beta.
It may help if you post what OS are you running, and a screenshot of error you receive

Well It turns out I had 2 folders of Mumble on my CPU and the 1.0 recognized them and that was the reason it didnt work. or at least I hope so...
Its working now, and when ill have the chance ill get into a server and start using the mumble.

Hi mate, you would of been asked to join mumble not told too. We like to promote mumble but we dont force you to use it. Although im sure you have already seen its benefits and how easy it is now to use.

My Mumble Client dont connect to bf2/pr. I started as Admin. Reinsalled Mumble. But dont helped.
Someon says that deleted Gamevideos can cause this. But a lot of players have deleted them and can connect.
(and what ahve gamevideos to do with a voice client)
Someon has an idea what can cause this probleme ?

Intro vids problem is only on XP afaik. On Vista or 7 you must run it as admin and in compatibility mode so it can get properly linked to bf2.

If you need intro vids you will find them in THIS post, and you can add +restart 1 in your shortcut if you really hate them

You sure about that? I'm running W7x64 without compatibility mode and it's fine...

PR not - my BF2.exe is set to run in compatibility mode not PR.exe, but since PR.exe launches BF2.exe and mumble plugin is linking to BF2.exe not PR it makes sense...

Im running it that way and no problems with linking

Hmmm ok well just to put it out there, I'm running none of the above (bf2.exe, pr.exe, mumble.exe) in compatibility mode and have zero issues. It's not a silver bullet, unfortunately.

I have a reason for it cause DEP is on for all programs and services
