Description:
After fully loading Vadso City, load screen reports that it is "verifying" and then crashes to desktop. I've successfully played on the other new maps, and they seemed to work fine.


Steps to Reproduce: Join server playing the map (?) sorrry i can't be of more help there...

Server: Tactical Gamer (also tested on local)
Version number: Current

What are you system specs and video settings please?

Windows 7: 32 Bit
Video: Nvidia GeForce 9500GT
Processor: Core 2 Quad, 2.4 GHZ
Ram: 4 GB

Textures: high
Geometry: high
Effects: high
Lighting: medium
dynamic shadows: medium
dynamic lighting: medium
anti aliasing: 2x
texture filtering: medium

Okay I did some testing. it seems like the map doesn't want to launch when I have textures set to HIGH. When I turned them down to medium, it launched fine.

Any reason why this would happen on this one map and none of the others?

Same exact thing here. Put textures to medium and it ran wonderfully.

Intel i3-2100 3.1 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 240 GT
RAM: 4GB of DDR3

Might be a driver issue with nVidia. I had that problem on most maps before I had textures on high.. but after I upgraded my computer it could run all maps on high texture settings..

But for peopels having CTDs randomly while playing/loading should set textures to medium. Not run pr in comability mode, and run it as admin if the game dont start...

also you might want to apply the 32bit 2gb unlock
