I know were not supposed to ask about work and i know it has been discussed before. But i know a long time ago a dev posted about work on an M240, but after that no other updates about it.

I recently tried searching for the thread but i just cant find it anywhere, I've tried various search combinations and stuff. Was the project canceled?

Wouldn't be cancelled, its the most pressing asset needed as it fulfills 3 factions on a variety of vehicles and static emplacements.

You do bring up a good point though, it has been a long time. I can't find the thread when searching for M240 and GPMG.

In 0.85 the tip screen said to not ask Katarn about Crysis. I guess that we will never know now.
