The Pak guns barrel is misaligned on the model. It looks like its rotated 90degrees to the left causing the barrel to be in the shield which makes the round fly out to the right and up of it.

Reproducibility: look at any Pak gun.

Sadly I don't think it can be fixed without another model or without a modeler.
