As dtacs has correctly stated, you are not allowed to post suggestions outside of the suggestions forum, and even inside the suggestions forum, you need to be
- an experienced realitymod.com forum user (25+ helpful posts)
- make sure the suggestion is not a re-suggestion (for details read the sticky threads in the suggestions forum section dtacs has linked you to)

Additionally, as Psyrus has explained, please make use of the 'EDIT' button in the bottom right corner of your posts instead of putting a new post to correct mistakes, because too many posts by one user make it needlessly hard to read a thread.
