New mumble is not installing

So on my old version of mumble, I clicked the link for the new version and I installed 1.0.0 Beta 4. The installation gets to a point where it is actually installing and before it has installed anything, a message comes up saying:

The system cannot open the device of file specified.

There are two options to either Retry or Cancel, Retry doesn't work. When I press Cancel, another message pops up saying:

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2755.

Please help, I have no idea what to do

Many thanks,

Carter

Are you logged in to Windows XP as a full rights administrator?
This problem usually occurs when you don't have admin rights to the TEMP directories when expanding encrypted files.

SO, if you can, try to install again with a Windows User Account that has full administrator rights.

Alternatively you could try to burn it to a CD and run it again.

This give you almost every option on how to find your problem:

As far as I know I am the administrator of the PC, I'll try and see but thanks anyway.
