when ever i play on the new maps after a minute or so the game just disappears and goes to windows screen

and on co op it says punkbuster kicked dr nick phd for badname

Try a different nick for coop.
As for the new maps are you sure you have downloaded the latest final release of the mappack?
If not go to realitymod.com/downloads.

P.S Can a mod move this to the support section?
