[0973] T-62 ambient noise in .50 cal

On all tanks with engine off, and in the commander's .50 seat you hear no noise coming from your tank, allowing you to listen for the enemy tank.
however in the .50 of the T62 militia tank you very audibly hear noises as if you were inside the tank. This makes it impossible to listen for enemies clearly, and is inconsistent with other tanks in the game. This should be changed.
