I have been having some problems recently with PR as I CTD with no notification of the problem it happens mainly on Black Gold and Shijia Valley I have lowered my settings and stuff like that and updated my drivers but don't know what the problem is and here are my specs:
Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 3582MB RAM
Hard Drive: 500 GB
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 5570
Sound Card: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)
Speakers/Headphones: Realtek High Difinition Audio
Operating System:Windows Vista? Home Premium (6.0, Build 6002) Service Pack 2 (6002.vistasp2_gdr.111025-033
Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3 LGA775

I don't have an ATI card, but there have been a lot of posts lately about the latest ATI drivers causing problems, like this post: https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f27-pr ... ost1709372

So maybe roll back your video card driver to an earlier version.

Thanks for that I will try that and see what happens.

It didn't work even with lowered settings but doesn't bother me only two maps out of the whole majority that has been made by the devs and community.

Have you cleared the shaders first after changing settings? Once you change graphic setup always delete the shader cache first and run vanilla BF2 to optimize them once. After that run PR. If you dont do that I think PR uses old shaders and its like you did nothing.
Shaders are in C:\Users\you\documents\battlefield 2\mods\bf2\cache
