Hi there,

I was playing on PR yesterday, having a nice game on Muttrah, as sometimes i click my left mouse button while im sprinting (Yeah, it's weird...), i found out from my squad that i was giving away their position by shooting.

When sprinting, and tapping my left mouse button, it appears that nothing happens, and my ammo is full when i stop shooting. but to other players, it looks/sounds like im shooting my weapon. I am not sure if this is only for the M16A4, or any other weapons. I am also not sure if it does damage to any other players.

And if this is already been reported, my apologies.

That doesn't happen for me, for some reason. Any more feedback?

I think its a known bug. You can even do it with RPGs

It's an old BF2 bug. Quite fun to mess with sometimes.

If you're flying the Kiowa with 7 Hydras and .50 cal you can switch to flares, and fire. Everyone but you will see Hydras splashing all over the place, and they will most likely freak out.
