PR still interesting?

Hi, I played pr a while back between 0.6 and 0.85. I'm wondering if it's worth to pick up pr again since i miss the teamwork and all those pilots that crashes 5 sec after lift off

Has the game changed much and if so in a better or worse way?
And yeah, did they manage to implement fast ropes yet?
Thanks.

download-install it and play it now. make sure to have a mic and mumble 1.0, this is the most fun and epic way to play. this new pr 0.97 is freaking awesome! there is WAY more everything--vehicles, armies and non-conevtional forces, weapons, maps, deployable assets, player models,..just so much stuff and as realistic as ever.

Game has over 1000 unique players per day. At least one full server 24/7 and the good ones are populated basically every night.
The game has changed though, you should read the
manual and more importantly,
this thread.
Welcome back.

Hello,
PR is still interesting, its lotta fun
As Dtacs said, read the manual and the thread he pointed out, those will help you learn how to get used to PR again in no time
Please, if you intend to fly, use armour or just get used to kits practice on a training server.
out of topic:
I see that alot of people are getting back to PR lol, what is causing this

?

Yes it is, especially on PRTA SISU 128 player server, amazing level of teamwork and 128 players fit the map nicely, you should try it out to experience PR on it's best ^^

Well community is smaller than BF3 or COD but it's gameplay is greatly improved apart from a few things but It is even more fun now. You should prob get a friend or clan to play with.

Well you cant call BF3 or COD players a community...its just some random players, with some of them gathered into clans, but thats far from community that PR gathers, right?

Allright i'm getting back to it

My bf2 copy didnt work on the new pc for some reason so i'll try download a copy and use my key.
About clans, I played with one in the old days but it disbanded

have some of the best gaming experiences from that time, so joining a new clan sounds very appealing.
Is it any page on the forum or something where I can search for clans?
Thanks for all the answers and cya in game soon *******!

PR is definitely still interesting, as it's still developing, and there's still a lot more to come.
If you know 4-5 guys who's still playing PR, a clan is not necessary. Just find a TS-, or Mumble channel where you can meet, and you'll take it from there.
I hope you'll still find PR interesting!

Is PR Interesting?
Ask the squad I ran on the ]CIA[ when we were playing Operation Ghost Train.
Using PRMumble, though we had to work for it, we crushed the opposition. I have never seen such willful coordination on the squad level before. Such teamwork brought a tear to my eye and gave me a rather visible erection.

Yes...
You will have very dramatic moments in game. You will cry from a loss almost like that!!
You will get up from your seat and dance at the Vazdo City menu loading music!

That is self explanatory. Nothing to be really poud of it. Its like "I started breathing so i can live."
Also, OP, hell yeah, come on. Do as the others said with manual, new mumble etc. Join SISU PRTA for 128 palyer epicness when its up. Otherwise NwA or Tacgical Gamer is a good choice.
