the launch party of the
American Warfare Project,
hosted by the
Adrenaline Gaming Alliance.
Time: 1400 Hours (EST)
Date: January the 14th, 2012
[AG] American Warfare Project
The Adrenaline Gaming Alliance was formed between several Project Reality clans and communities. Our plan for Project Reality is, simply, to restore the teamwork and the life to the American Project Reality server scene by striving to:
1. Create a fair, sporting environment for gameplay.
2. Provide a team of consistent, respectful administrators.
3. Encourage the use of Mumble and proper communication, and;
4. Improve Project Reality through training and modification.
We've joined together to create this common American server because we're tired of cheating, ghosting, unstable or unpopulated servers, terrible administrator consistency and generally poor gameplay. We aim to fix that through providing a server where there are actually such things as commanders (who actually issue orders and guide the gameplay); a place where one can expect their team to actually be there to revive them rather than run in the opposite direction; a place where asset arguments are a thing of the past; and a place where events are held on a regular basis, introducing a variety of custom content from community modders, too.

No, this event is hosted by [AG], Adrenaline Gaming which is a totally different group than CFI. Xiii, or 13th Legion, which is the clan I run, will be there administrating the event.
And as far as custom content goes, we mean new maps, tweaked vehicle & weapon code to make things more realistic, and things along those lines. Things like as said are allowed on locked servers, but that sort of thing will come later in different events. This one is primarily to get [AG] server online and running, and to provide an actual user friendly server to the North American player base.

I have to say I was completely pleased with how everyone was on the server! Glad to see mostly everyone enjoying themselves and hope to play more PR with you guys.

Yea, I have to say today was probably the most fun I've had in PR in a long while. Good work to everyone who showed and participated. We will definitely be doing more of these events.

Battle Recorder was not on but, someone on the server said they were taking screen shots, and some people may have taken video.

Haha. Glad to hear the good words.
We're hoping we have a more stable server now, and plan on running it all the time in the future. Tho, to build up some more support we'll probably have an event at the end of the week.
And this time we should have battlerecorder.
