Just thought I would quickly share a neat little program I just found called AquaSnap 
AquaSnap
Basically what this program dose is pretty simliar to Win7's Aero where you can snap windows to the side of the screen or w,e but with this you have more options like snapping to the corners of the screen and also it fully supports multiple monitors, unlike Win7's Aero.
Been using it for a few mins now and already solved a few of my nittly gritty problems I had with Aero so would recommend giving it a go
