hey so i noticed in a video recently that when calling for a medic on the US team the player instead screams for a "corpsman" is this correct? as i recall corpsman applies to medics in the marine corps, not the army where they are still called medics right?
now i don't know how it actually is in game now, this might be an outdated video since i haven't been on a populated PN server where i had the luxury of a medic, with the exception of the time i played as a German.

Correct.
Don't know if there's a "medic" scream, will have to see. Low priority for me though

I thought that ingame we play as USMC, am I wrong? So if we are USMC, the "corpsman" scream is correct?

The USMC was in the pacific, don't think they were in Europe at all, and yes the USMC says "Corpsman" and Army says "Medic"

Marines were only deployed in the Pacific. Every us soldier charging the the beach were in fact from the Army. so no we should not be playing as the USMC.

Ok, AD as a DEV you should be able to asnwer this: Why doesn't the marines in PR call out corpsman?

the cry from PN is imo perfectly fine.
