Description:
MEC get a ticket bleed when the "Residences" flag is captured by Canadians on the "Beltway - Estuary - Harbor - Residences - Saint Tropez Resort" layout even though it's not the last flag. Thought this was a bug because not only is it illogical but the "Residences" flag does not have a blue defence shield on it meaning it's not a bleed flag.


Steps to Reproduce:
Capture the "Residences" flag as Canadians on the "Beltway - Estuary - Harbor - Residences - Saint Tropez Resort" flag layout of Operation Marlin AAS 64.
