Basically I'm 16 and have a budget of 250 euro max.
I have a moniter and mouse, could buy a new desktop but its a family computer.
Either way I can buy a new Desktop, preferably cheap yet good.
I can get this for 180 euro, whats this like?

This is better than the first one. This one is decent enough, you can try to upgrade the video card later. If you can this seller to haggle down to 180 or 190 you'd have 60-70 Euro for a video card, and you'll be good to go.
I suggest getting a AMD/ATI Radeon HD card because it uses less power for the equivalent performance.
something like a Radeon HD 6570:

Do you have a monitor?
We're trying to get you a PC to play BF2

R right? If so, this one will do.

I can get it for 180, I have a monitor, have a keyboard and all other pheriphels but basically my computer is shit and lags out in some games.
My internet connection is pretty good, so I blame it on the graphics card or shit like that.
Its about time I buy a new PC.
I'd like to be able to play most recent games, like COD, BF, Forza Motorsport, etc..

I don't play any of the games you mentioned. Make sure you check the hardware recommendations for those games.
That i3-530 is a decent entry level CPU,
