Everytime I get on a server, Co-op or regular, after the first time I die I always get kicked for: Md5 tool mismatch mod\pr\common_client.zip (lens=2048 )
This problem just started about 3 days ago

Let's try this before you reinstall the PR mod...

We'll check the md5 checksum on your common_client.zip file to make sure it's the actual problem...
If you don't own a md5 checksum software, you can download this one here:
MD5 Checksum Verifier, file integrity checker based on MD5 algorithm and MD5 hash in Windows
install it, run it,
on the "calculate file md5" screen,
click the "select file to calculate" button, navigate to the Battlefield 2\mods\pr directory and choose the common_client.zip file.

Calculate it... takes a moment, it's a big file.

check the md5 checksum with the numbers in the pic below

EDIT: Try to manually update punkbuster also.
