I dont think its possible, but I dont know if anyone requested such thing in the past. Contact forum admin or mods.

No dont make double accounts its against rules. Contact admin and wait for response.

Contact Gaz or one of the Mods. This has been done in the past, I myself had my name changed at one point before becoming a mod. Do not make a new account.
