The map in the screenshots that feature the Camp Bastion Memorial is Sangin which is currently under development and hasn't been released yet. The memorial is also only a tiny little "easter egg" for the lack of a better word in a huge map

So the maps going to be release on Easter?!
But he can also be referring to Project Normandy.
