Just a quick message to ask if people would like to join the server and have some fun.

The installer for 0.3 is in this link, keep the installer so you can turn the mod on and off.

Heard a lot about this and will be trying it out when I can, every little helps guys.

Be sure you deactivate the soundmod if you want to play on other servers.

anyone else unable to install due to a dot Net installer failure?

Are you running the uninstaller as an administrator?

There is a Enable/Disable button in the application. Click 'Disable' and you'll be free to play on other servers!

If you receive an option to continue, then continue with the install. This problem has come up before and ignoring it fixes it.

If it's still not working, your .Net framework may be out of date.

Edit: Ah, and run the installer/uninstaller as administrator as Wicca said.

You can play whitout kicks at nwa servers, sisu, prta soundmod server it is mandatory (you will get kicked if you dont have the soundmod) at nwa and sisu you have a choise wether play with or whitout

Afaik yes.

Uhm.. I installed it and some vBF2 sounds are back like sniper rifle fire etc.. or is it missile fire. O_o

To avoid confusion, all public servers are required to run these checks.
So if all open servers would be set up properly you shouldnt be able to play there without getting kicked.

If you want to use the sounds join the PRTA one or SISU.

Works in NwA without any problems.

Its not broken. Atleast at sisu you still get kicked if you try to join with your custom soundmod it just allows the orginal and anderssoundmod

And there is ways to play with the soundmod even if the server is not supporting it. Game is starting to be so old that everything seems to be possible.

when ever i put this into browser, its a white blank page, with "An unexpected database error occurred. Please try again later."

For today PRTA website is down, try again tomorrow

I've been playing constantly on PRTA just to be able to use the soundmod. It's absolutely amazing!
