I was playing on a plubic server as MEC and defending the radar with my squad. Another squad was defending the UAV. We did nothing all the round, because the all american team was capturing the flags and then stayed at the flags, waiting for our atack.
We tryed type teaching them how the single objective mode works, but they said we were lying.
My suggestion is simple, just remove the flags to the objectives be more obvious.
ps, sorry for any English mistake, but I hope you can understand the principal idea.

single objective mode is going away.
being replaced by scenario which only shows flags if they are an objective or an uncappable main base.
we're having some trouble sorting out some bugs in scenario mode, so it's on the list of things to drop for v0.4 if we can't get them sorted within a day or three.
xtract doesn't and never has shown flags except for the start and end flags.

I get this feeling that working with BF2 is like me trying to develop websites that work with internet explorer.
Best of luck

Surely the server messages were spreading the same lies!
