Need AGP 1GB vid card

It looks like the cooling fan on my video card has failed, and it's just out of the warranty period. Unfortunately, this old-*** system still uses AGP 8x, and trying to find a suitable card online is going to run me at least $60-$120 plus shipping.
So before I make a trip to the pawn shop and loan off items, I figured I'd ask here to see if anyone has a spare AGP 8x 1GB RAM video card that they wouldn't mind selling me instead.
My current card is an HIS Radeon HD 4650 1GB AGP. I'll need something that is 1GB RAM, but I don't care about ATI or Nvidia. I'd also prefer someone from the US to ensure shipping doesn't cost more than the card itself. I don't mind a used card, as long as it still works.
So if you've got a spare available, let me know.

If the card didn't burn out you can probably buy a replacement cooling aftermarket shroud/fan, like the artic cooler or zalman line of products, they are so old if you find one it'll probably cost like $10.
ZALMAN
VF1000 LED
VF900-Cu LED
Z-Machine GV1000
etc.
EDIT: Dang the AGP stuff is hard to find on ebay and craigslist.
$42ish

rushn mate, you sound like a fuller brush salesman.
Here is the cheapest aftermarket solution I know of.
I used it on a GT 220 for a customer's PC a few years ago. Easy to deal with, costs like US$22
Accelero L2 PLUS
VGA Cooler for NVIDIA and AMD Radeon
manufacturer website:
Accelero L2 PLUS ? VGA ? Cooling ? ARCTIC
You'll find it sold cheaper online through google shopping etc.
edit: also have the ARCTIC COOLING ACCELERO L2 PRO for a buck less, not sure what difference is.

Yeah if you can get a cooler for 20$ go with that mate.
Careful not to break smthn though when you do replacing, and dont forget thermal compound or you just wasted 20$ and a few hours of your life.
PS: Lit take it easy bro, rushn made a rational recommendation, even though if I had that AGP setup Id stick with it. This marketing showoff of PCIex 2/3 sata 2/3 is just a pile of **** to get your money, oh and dont forget ddr2/3 bs...

the reason I suggested PCI express is because PCI express is used a lot more widely and is faster then AGP
new motherboards don't come with AGP slots anymore and the new standard is PCI express now
so it would be smart to go with PCI express instead of using AGP
unless of course you can just replace the fan

I have a Nvidia 6250 SE agp 4x. You can have it for free if you pay shipping. It ran PR fine a lot time ago lol.

You can stick a 5$ to it and leave it near the trash. Someone might pick it up ^^
J/K its really low end. His 4650 with gddr3 would run in speed of light around that one

It was more of a joke, but you're completely right haha. It used to be able to run PR about 3 years ago at full specs if I remember correctly.
