I can't change my mumble ID, or even re-install.

This is because you have registered your old name. Contact Bloodydeed or post in this thread to get your registration deleted so you can choose a new name.

I've deleted your old registration. You should be able to register again with the old username.

I have the same problem in mumble with username: Nonoobq
